Shipping Information
Orders within the 48 Continental United States ship via UPS (United Parcel Service). UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select are available for an additional charge. UPS Air Services are also available for Alaska and Hawaii. Orders outside the Continental United States ship via Federal Express or UPS depending on final delivery destination. If you require special handling or shipment by US Mail contact us for rates and availability.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied, return the unused item within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund, credit or exchange, less shipping, handling and insurance charges. Items must be in new (unused/undamaged condition) with all original packaging intact. Used, abused, or otherwise damaged items are ineligible for refund and may void the original equipment manufacturer's warranty. All product returns/exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please contact us for more information.
Easy Exchanges:
Should you receive an item that does not fit to your liking we will promptly exchange it for another size, model or style. Return the unused/undamaged item to us (call for a Return Authorization Number) and we will pay normal transportation charges to send the replacement back to you. (Rush/Priority handling and Express/Air shipping are subject to additional fees.) To return an item to us, contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Repackage it securely in an outer carton with the RA# clearly visible on the outside of the box and send it (prepaid and insured) to:

Be sure to include inside the package a copy of your invoice. Used, rented, abused, mis-used or otherwise damaged equipment is not eligible for return and may void the manufacturer's warranty. No packages will be accepted without an RA# on the outside of the box. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. All merchandise must be in mint condition and in the original manufacturer's packaging. All manufacturer documentation and blank warranty cards must be included to receive a refund. Items returned that are not in re-saleable condition are subject to a re-stocking and handling fee.

International customers please note: Orders outside the USA must by prepaid in US funds via International Money Order or Bank Transfer. We do not accept Credit Cards or PayPal for orders with delivery destinations outside the USA. For shipping quotes, submit your purchase order with the complete shipping address via Fax or Email. Orders will be shipped via UPS or Fed-Ex depending on final destination. International recipients are solely responsible for all import duties and/or taxes. Order Status and Cancellations: For inquiries about products or shipments please have you name, order number, shipping information and approximate date of order available. To better service our customers, most orders ship within 72 hours. Products that do not required extensive set up or bench testing often ship the next business day. You may cancel your order prior to shipment and receive a full refund. If the merchandise has already been shipped it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping, handling and insurance charges. Special order merchandise is non-cancelable and may be non-refundable.
Damaged in Delivery and Defective Merchandise: Although we make every effort to prevent shipping damage, for your protection, please do not sign for visibly damaged or open packaging. In the event merchandise is received damaged or merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton, contact the local office of your carrier and then contact our Customer Service Department via phone, fax or email within 24 hours. All of our products are inspected and/or bench tested (when applicable) prior to shipping. We are authorized dealers for all the brands we carry and extend the complete manufacturer's warranty. As Authorized Dealers for every brand we carry, our products are purchased direct from the manufacturers and include their full warranty. Warranty service can be obtained from your local authorized dealer, direct from the manufacturer or through us.
For more information about warranty service for a product purchased from us, contact our Customer Service Department. Please have all your warranty paperwork and purchase receipts in order. Authorized warranty service requires a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Be sure to include inside the package a copy of your sales slip and validated warranty documentation (if applicable).
